SEMH Learning Mentor – Alternative Provision (The Bubble)
Join Our Team and Help Change Lives
Richard Atkins Primary School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEMH Learning Mentor to join The Bubble, our nurturing on-site alternative provision for pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who believes in the power of relationships, understands that behaviour is communication, and is committed to helping children overcome barriers to learning. Working closely with pupils, families, school leaders and external professionals, you will play a key role in supporting children to develop emotional resilience, build positive relationships and successfully engage with education.
We are looking for an individual who is calm, resilient and empathetic, with experience of working with children or young people, particularly those with SEMH needs, trauma or attachment difficulties.

Are you an experienced and motivated School Business Manager looking for an opportunity to make a real difference to a vibrant and inclusive school community?
Richard Atkins Primary School is seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking School Business Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team and play a key role in the strategic development and continued success of our school.
Located in the heart of Lambeth, Richard Atkins is a diverse and welcoming community with high expectations for our pupils and staff. As School Business Manager, you will work closely with the Headteacher and Governing Body to ensure the effective and strategic management of the school's resources. Your responsibilities will include financial planning and budget management, human resources, premises and facilities, health and safety, administration, ICT and information management. You will also play an important role in identifying opportunities for income generation, improving systems and ensuring value for money.
The successful candidate will bring strong organisational, financial and leadership skills, excellent communication abilities and the confidence to manage competing priorities in a busy school environment. You will be able to build positive relationships with staff, governors, parents and external partners, while ensuring that the school's resources are used effectively to support pupils' learning and achievement.
